Currently the ticket history table doesn't include creation or completion events apart from Changed status from X to Y.
Each change entry also looks exactly the same, a box with the date, user and changes and/or comment.
A better design may be a more time-line kind of style similar to GitHub where certain changes are simple single-line events and others are contained in boxes and include creation, starting and completion events.
