There are currently a number of ticket properties, some are irrelevant and can be covered by others.

For example, with Severity and Priority, the Priority field can cover for the Severity field by prioritising important tickets. If the need to label tickets as a critical or blocking issue, tags/labels can be added to indicate as such.

The tags field can potentially also cover the Components field too.
