Hi Jack. Sorry i open here new ticket. But it shows that the user management is not really handy at the time. Everybody can access and open tickets, Sorry Jack....but i really love the system, its great work from you, thanks!
We like to use the tracke for ouer company. That for we only like to allow to open new tickets for registered members.
Is there a project for user registration (with email link activation) and/or Admin Approval? (included CHAPCHA)

In the AdminCP you can stop guests from creating and updating tickets.
