A simple "Traq News" section on the AdminCP Dashboard page would be make it possible to get important news out to those who use Traq without them having to visit the forums.
News items will be fetched with JavaScript and HTML filtered/disabled. Instead the format_text function will be used via an ajax request to the installed Traq.
