What does this feature do?
Pulls new tickets via email (POP3/POP3S), e.g.:
Subject => Summary, Body => Description
It should have the option to set the Status to New (or other) by default
What makes this feature interesting?
It would allow Abuse Desks to accept abuse reports via email (which is currently what I am using it for, only I am placing tickets for my employees manually)
This is a good idea, I like it, however I'm not sure when I'd be able to get around to it.
Might be added in a 4.x release, I'm seriously considering starting work on 4.0 now and adding all the queued features (3.3, 3.4, 3.5) in 4.x releases.
