Add hints to ticket properties to give people an idea of what it is for.
For example, people seem to think the version property is the version the fix/feature/enhancement should be added in, when in fact it is the version the bug was first added in or if the ticket is a feature or enhancement, the version they are using.
The best way to do this is to just add a question mark next to each property, and when hovered over, a tooltip appears explaining the property.
