I created a new ticket while logged out rather than logged in.

This affects every page where the user may be shown. For example: Tickets, Timeline, the actual ticket.

5.3.3-7+squeeze14, 5.1.66-0+squeeze1

Describe the defect:

The default settings for a Guest allow for the creation of new tickets. When an anonymous user creates a new ticket, it ends up breaking the layout.
