It would be great, if these 3 things could be integrated, because a forum is needed for your community, the blog as a dev-blog, where you can post your progress and a guestbook for guests, where they can leave a small comment :)

This may sound harsh, but I agree. Guestbooks are old and somewhat a waste of time, but maybe someoneout there will make one. who knows.
Not sure about the forum or blog, perhaps someone else can make them as I'm busy working on standalone forum (Summit) and blog (Dreamer) projects.
But I can say this, I will never in my life, ever make a guestbook for Traq or anything else. I absolutely HATE guestbooks, they are childish and a waste of time.
