#22 - Subscriptions (Email updates)

Description

It would be nice to have ticket updates sent via email, but only when a subscription for said project is setup.

Little more info on this feature: There will be a link on the Project Info page to setup a subscription to receive updates via email, users will be able to choose what kind of updates will be emailed, here is a list of updates that can be chosen from: [list] []New Tickets []Ticket Closes [*]Ticket Updates [/list]

Going to push this to 0.7, I want to get 0.6 out fast without rushing things, this feature will be the first one completed when development on 0.7 starts.
