What does this feature do?
This features adds user profiles for users to see what tickets have been reported by a specific person. User can add a photo to their profile.

What makes this feature interesting?
Feature adds a personalisation layer, but also, makes things easier for users to communicate.
I was thinking of adding profiles, this ticket makes it official.
