It would be great if you guys can add, in the ACP, the options to manage the Type of Ticket, Priority of Ticket, and Severity of Ticket. That way, we can rename that property or delete that property, if needed.
The front end of this feature is complete, now just the AdminCP part of it is left.
Been busy, but I've started on the AdminCP part now.
Also, have default Types, Priorities, and Severity implemented when installed.
