I was thinking and maybe instead of having HTML <select> tags for options like edit or delete plugins/hooks/etc. it would be better to have small images. I think it's more user friendly. Maybe it's just me but when I open the selection I have to stop and think for like split of a second what to choose, maybe it's because English is not my native language, I don't know.

There are many free icon sets on the web, for example silk:

Also I noticed that there's a little lack of consistency in the admincp, for example for hooks you can edit and delete them and you have a select to choose what you want, you an also edit them by clicking their name. For milestones you have a select which only allows you to delete the milestone, if you want to edit it, you have to click it's name. For versions, if you want to delete it, there's a button, and if you want to edit it, again, click it's name. I think it should be normalized in some way, maybe icons, think about it ;)
