Hey I have a new suggestion:
Can you implement a section in the UserCP which shows the tickets which have been assigned to you? I run a WoW server and I have now over 55 open tickets and I have more than one staff member, so I assign the tickets several staff members and the staff member should see all tickets assigned to him.
So with this the UCP would be more important for the script^^

Okay, I am running a C++ project which emulates a WoW server :) (That is what the developers say)
And yes, Edit tickets would be good.
I should also add an edit ticket description feature too. Announcing you run a WoW server could get people in trouble as its illegal.
