Could you add some categories please? There are for example: Closed, Open, Private, Security, etc.

So you choose this category (a link like projects) and you see only tickets which belong to this category

Components does this. If someone wants a security "category" all they need to do is create a component called Security.

However I will be adding "Ticket Tags" which can also be used to specify categories, example: [code]Ticket Tags: [Security, Users, Login][/code]
