Correct me if I am wrong, but is there a way that a user can create a new ticket but can't see the other tickets.
Example: If I have a project with sensible information in the tickets I can set the role permission "Atcion - View" to deny. So nobody can see the tickets - but then nobody can create a new one.
So to clearify what I think would be great: deny the right to see the "Tickets" tab but allow to use the "New Ticket" tab.
