Describe the defect:
Linking to a ticket by using #<ticket number> within the ticket description seems to be hit or miss.
I would have expected both ticket numbers on the first line to be converted to links.
I would have expected either both ticket numbers on the second line or neither be converted to links - the latter case because both tickets numbers were duplicates of tickets already converted to links (similar to a Wikipedia article).
