What does this enhancement do?
The ability to add pre-formatted text (code block) into tickets is nice; however, as can be seen in this ticket, allowing it to go unabated for a long line of text can destroy any notion of a layout for the tracker.
Obviously, since the text is meant to be "pre formatted", you could suggest that it is up to the user to take care of the wrapping; however, I would submit that the tracker should at least be cognizant of hard-set limits to its layout theme and wrap accordingly if the user does not.
