I have 3 custom fields that i created. They appear on the new ticket screen and the view ticket screen but they are blank. Where do I need to edit so that it can see the data entered? My fields are below:
Site Code: <select name="sitecode" /> <option value="GH" />GH</option> <option value="FH" />FH</option> <option value="FH-and-GH" />FH and GH</option> </select>
Requestor: <select name="requestor"> <option value="" />--Please Choose--</option> <option value="User 1" />User 1</option> <option value="User 2 />User 2</option> </select>
Date Created: <input type="text" name="date_created" />
