What does this feature do? ability to view new, unread tickets / answers on tickets, like "view new posts" button on the forum.
What makes this feature interesting? better usability - you don't need to check each project's timelines, will just need to press one button "view new messages".
I'll create a global timeline which shows all projects timelines merged into one.
