#182 - Associate tickets

Description

The ability to associate one ticket to another. For example, say you need to create a message warning the user he cannot do something. But for that you first have to finish the warning system. So you create one ticket for each (the warning system and the specific warning). But then you have to make the Warning System the "Parent" of the "Specific warning" ticket! =)
