can you include a system for customize most of the properties fields with "design" (e.g. Reproducable is on top, Type, too and Priority on bottom, etc.)?
The main feature request wasn't the style, but the properties fields, if you can arrange them or add some new or delete, etc.
In the development phase of 2.0 I tried some other bugtracking systems for some ideas and in Mantis there was this system where you can add own fields. It would be great if you could make all fields dynamic, so you can add / delete / rearrange them.

A rearrange field feature would do very little other than bloat the script. If you want to rearrange just edit the templates, if you want to add make a plugin like the percent field.
On the Create/Update ticket forms? Edit the templates, there is no need to bloat the script for a simple thing.
Traq 2.0 is designed to be as small as possible with as many features as there can possible be.
